Eligibility

To be eligible, the item should be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging, and you should have proof of purchase such as your order number.

How to start a return

Email contact@puftem.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund.
