Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

Standard shipping within the United States usually arrives 3 to 7 business days after your order ships. These are estimates, and actual delivery times can vary by location and carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers are displayed on our site and applied automatically.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or contact contact@puftem.com.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address once an order has shipped.

Delays

Weather, carrier issues and peak seasons can cause delays outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we will help.

Lost or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email contact@puftem.com with your order number (and photos of any damage). We will work with you to resolve it quickly.
